Easily the most popular of all the classes I run. Previously called easy fit, this class is a weighted workout which will strengthen, tone and build resistance. This 45 minute class devotes a section of that time purely to arms and shoulders.

The power of pilates is often overlooked. The benefits of pilates should speak for themselves. This class strengthens your core, it improves your posture and is key to muscle rehabilitation.

Relax, reduce your stress levels and take advantage of some quiet time. Yoga requires flexibility, mobility and uising all your muscles. Impreoves your posture, blanace, coordination, then take full advantage of the end of class relaxation.
