Easily the most popular of all the classes I run. Previously called easy fit, this class is a weighted workout which will strengthen, tone and build resistance. This 45 minute class devotes a section of that time purely to arms and shoulders.
Relax, reduce your stress levels and take advantage of some quiet time. Yoga requires flexibility, mobility and uising all your muscles. Impreoves your posture, blanace, coordination, then take full advantage of the end of class relaxation.
Are you looking for a class which will burn a lot of claories? Then cardio combat is for you. A martial arts inspired, kicking, punching, full body workout. You'll rlieve stress, increase your strength and improve your endurance in this high intensity 30 minute class.
Feel the burn in my new class. Encorporating a mix of abs and butt exercises, dancing and freestyle aerobics - this class has something for everyone. You're sure to shift calories and have fun, whilst listening to some old school classics.
