Class descriptions

DANCE FIT: is a type of group exercise class that incorporates some or many forms of dance. It’s an aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. The overall intensity of a class varies depending on the style you’re doing. Dance fit classes offer a relaxed environment where you can really let your inhibitions go, learn some new moves and meet some great people along the way.

FITNESS PILATES: is a method of exercise that consists of low impact moves, focusing on mobility, flexibility and muscular strength. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Although pilates exercises tend to target the core, the exercises work other areas of your body as well.

FITNESS YOGA: Is a blend of yoga and stretching to create a well balanced holistic workout. Targeting flexibility and posture. The variations offered throughout ensure that this class is suitable for all levels.

EASY FIT: Our aim is to improve posture, strength, mobility and balance. Every class starts with a gentle warm-up for all your major joints before moving on to exercises using things from your home. Each class ends with a gentle stretch to help improve flexibility and reduce muscle soreness. We encourage you to workout at your own pace, in a friendly, uncompetitive way. Regular physical activity is very mportant for so many reasons – not only will your health improve, but you’ll also meet new people.

AB & BUTT BLAST: (option to use a mini band) A targeted and specific workout concentrating on your glutes (butt) and your abs. Mixed with standing exercises and floor exercises, I have no doubt you will be be 'feeling the burn' with this one!

CARDIO HIIT: Outside or inside this class will really get your heart rate elevated.....The only one I teach that is high impact (although low impact options are given) It's a great cardio and strength training class that will have you on your knees

CARDIO COMABT: Outside or inside this class will really get your heart rate elevated.....Using moves across all disciplines of martial arts, boxing, may thai..... It's a great cardio class that will have you on your knees or your opponents haha
